Found a lovely article in the Metro which I thought I'd share

"Smiling through the pain can actually make you less stressed. People who can keep a genuine smile during troubled times have healthier hearts, research published in Psychological Science shows. Subjects were divided into standard and genuine smilers by scientists at the University of Kansas and given stressful tasks. Their mouths were manipulated using chopsticks and those with genuine grins had lower heart rates."

On another note, a guy casually tried to get on trains and buses with.. a SHEEP. They must of been so tired after a night on the town and just wanted to go home. Who needs a wingman when you have a ruddy sheep. Brilliant!
