1. Defrost two cod fillets and tear into small shreds.
2. Mix together gram flour*, self raising flour, and baking powder.
3. Add chopped onions, chives and fish into mix.
4. Add water and mix until runny enough to drop from spoon.
5. Add salt.
6. Fry spoonfuls of the mixture in 2cm of hot oil until golden.
7. Take out and leave to cool on tissue paper.
*gram flour/chickpea flour. This is optional, adds a different taste to mixture.
