Kim Fai & Dom Kane - Moon

@blackholerec - Magik Muzik 1052-0

Joining forces with Dom Kane for his brand new single, Kim Fai presents the follow up to his debut single "The Eagle Has Landed", this time sweeping the floor with "Moon".

Born in the “Midlands” of the U.K., Kim Fai started DJing at age 15. Initially studying music at a local college, it wasn’t until he began college in Birmingham that he found like-minded people to share his passion. He eventually hit the studio with Funkagenda. His big break came after doing his 'Kissing in Krakow' album with Toolroom in 2009. Steve Angelo got in touch and gave him a deal for his Size Record label, where Kim continued to work for the next few years. In the meantime Kim featured on Creamfields, Global Gathering, L.E.D, Love Parade, Tomorrowland and was invited by TiĆ«sto to perform at his arena at Mysterylands Amsterdam. Kim had sold out gigs at Pacha with the Swedish House Mafia and supported Deadmau5 for his U.S. and U.K. tours, as well as Kim’s own U.S. gigs along the East and West Coasts. He remixed Chase & Status, Jason Derulo, Penguin Prison, Lady Gaga and The Prodigy. One of Kim Fai's recent appearances on the Black Hole imprint was the remix he made for "Another Late Night" by Sydney Blu featuring MC Flipside, followed by his debut single “The Eagle Has Landed”. This time he hits the dance floors with "Moon".

Dom Kane is a well known DJ/producer and engineer and appears in most electronic recording studios across the globe, having delivered work for Loopmasters, FXpansion, Deadmau5 and Steve Duda, Ohm Force, and even factory content for the legendary analogue synth company Moog. Dom also released a tech house package and eventually created his own brand “Quantum Loops” to be exclusively distributed through Loopmasters. Dom Kane's sound has been described as tech-infused progressive house, downright nasty electro, tech house and pumped-up robo-funk, so you know what to expect when he's DJing live.

"Moon" continues where "The Eagle Has Landed" took off and carves out a hard, merciless dance floor banger with some seriously pumping electro house beats and synth programming. Blending the arrangement with subtle tech trance hints, Kim Fai and Dom Kane give full room to the bass drum that gives "Moon" that climax sound to take any DJ set to a higher level.

Think positive. Be happy. x
