French wonder-kid Matt Fax is making a strong name for himself. At only 16 years of age he has releases on Intricate, Enhanced, Nueva and Neuroscience amongst others, and here he shows just why his authentic progressive house sound is making such waves. The Original Mix of ‘Morevenin’ is build around a pin-sharp buzzing synth riff, spacious percussion layers and a slick sequenced line which creates massive tension throughout. At the break the chords begin to move, lifting the track to a higher plane. Matt’s own ‘Remode’ version pushes things little further on the adrenaline meter, adding some neat chops, stabs and distortion - a more progressive trance angle on proceedings.
