Shepherds Pie

1. Heat water in a large pan
2. Peel and cut potatoes into small chunks and place into water
2. In a separate pan heat tomatoes, preferred vegetables and meat (in this case I've used chopped vegetable sausages and a vegetable mix)
3. Drain potatoes and mash together with butter, salt and pepper
4. Place vegetable/meat mixture into a baking tray
5. Lay the mash on to and smooth over, use a fork to add decorative detail
6. Bake in oven gas mark 4 for 15-25 minutes
7. To enjoy as part of a meal I've added grilled tomato and a yorkshire pudding
