Sponge Cake With Chocolate & Orange

1. Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add 2 eggs and whisk
3. Crumble chocolate of preference and add to mixture.
4. Fold in self-raising flour.
5. Squeeze in juice from an orange, mixture should be enough to fall from a spoon (add milk if too thick/flour if too runny).
6. Spoon into a cake tin and bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden.
7. For topping, whisk crème fraiche with sugar and smooth over, and add orange pieces.
